Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ted Jastrzebski was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2013. He is responsible for overseeing Finance and Strategy for all QVC markets, including Strategic Planning, Financial Planning and Analysis, Customer Understanding and Business Analytics, Accounting, Payables, Payroll, Customer Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Strategic Procurement.
Ted has over 20 years of experience in business and finance leadership roles for global consumer brands. He began his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where he was instrumental in the launch of P&G Poland and the turnaround of P&G Egypt, and helped accelerate P&G’s growth on the Indian subcontinent.
Prior to joining QVC, Ted served as President of Hershey International and Hershey Americas, delivering record sales, profits and market share in both divisions. During this time, he guided regional and country start-ups, turnarounds and earnings accelerations, and navigated numerous acquisitions and joint ventures. He also served as CFO of two major international charities: Project HOPE and CARE, the world’s largest private relief and development organization.
Ted earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University and his MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
